About

At this point the site and book is all done by me, Matthew J. Fraser, but soon there will be other contributors to the site and Ideas for America 1. We work towards the site goals through free services, and promoting and applying some of  the best  research out there.

Site Owner Background: Worked as a language teacher at  language schools and high schools in America and Europe for twelve years. At the same time, studied languages myself,  while analyzing the latest Mass. Inc. and Commonwealth Magazine reports on education. The results of that experience and research formed much of the site platform.

Who Ideas for America  Serves: Everyone, especially those struggling, assuming we work together. Real positive change will come from the bottom up, and the main function of the site is to give the public the information it needs to make the decisions that will lead to that change.

Official Site Quote: "Enlighten the  people generally, and all oppressions of body and mind will disappear  like evil spirits fleeing the dawn. " Jefferson

How Ideas for America Might Serve You : Check out the free services; perhaps the best one is for us to work together and try to apply the principles of the site to a presentation appropriate and useful in your community.

Matt Meets Paul Celluci

I'm the tall guy in the middle,  with my favorite former governor Ed King and other notables.  At the time  I was a Senate page but never imagined I'd be in politics. And, you don't have to care about politics to learn from the site.

Life Interests

The book and site tries to address as many aspects of good living as possible. You can learn a great deal from the book and blog with earnest daily efforts.

Political History

In 2004 I was considering starting a  magazine much like the "Citizen's Books" described on the site platform. However, I was talked into running for office, and held off until after the election, at which time I decided on a book format, which is more appropriate for elections.
