Fitness for Older Americans

Ideas for America seeks  to  promote quality living among older Americans. The main question in Chapter Eight to answer is how  older Americans can maximize their lives through exercise. The  questions are many: How might gyms better license and prepare their trainers to deal with older clients? How can more Americans be taught that resistance training is the only way to offset bone thinning? What role can yoga play? How can weight training be maximized to offset the damage in falls among older people? The above book doesn't have all the answers, but it has information that should be common knowledge, and possibly  help  answer these  and many other questions.
